Who is Daphne Salazar

I’m an MBA graduate from World Citi Colleges with a specialization in Marketing Management and a certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt.

With over a decade of experience since 2011, I’ve built a diverse professional background—starting in the BPO industry as a Customer Service Representative across industries such as Banking, Finance, E-commerce, and Utilities. This foundation gave me a deep understanding of client communication, problem-solving, and service excellence.

Over time, my passion shifted toward the digital space. I began offering freelance services in Graphic Design, Video Editing, SEO, and Social Media Marketing. As demand for digital expertise grew, I focused on upskilling in Marketing Communications, Content Creation, and Social Media Strategy, eventually working with clients to elevate their brands online through creative and data-driven approaches.
